Refunds

Refunds are allowed within 15 days of receiving the product if the item is in its original packaging and unworn.  Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receiving the product if the item is in its original packaging and unworn.

Any costs associated with the return will be liable to the buyer. 

Company Error

If a return is requested due to a company error, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs associated with returning the package.

Please note that to be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to return the item. Please note there will be an exchange fee associated with the cost of shipping a new item to you. Any charges associated with the customer shipping the item back will be the customers responsibility.
