Processing and Shipping

1. Where are you located? - ON, Canada

2. How long is shipping and processing? - This depends on your location as well as external circumstances.

3. What is your shipping policy?

Once the package has left our warehouse, the responsibility is shifted onto the buyer. We are not liable for lost packages but please email us if this occurs - we will conduct an investigation. We have a FOB shipping policy. 

4. Will the customer be charged customs/duties? 

Due to international shipping, there is a possibility of duties or customs being charged. Please check your country's laws prior to ordering as we are not liable for any fees associated with customs/duties. Please note that customs will only hold your package for a certain amount of time, after which it will be thrown out; we are not liable for the package if this occurs.

5. Why is the shipping cost so high?

Our shipping costs are according to the weight of the package and the number of items, as well as the distance to ship.

Product

1. What is the pre-order process?

Every product is made to design to limit waste. There is a processing period of 3 weeks for clothing; this does not mean it will always take 3 weeks. We try to include days for any issues that may occur. Please contact us if you require a quick order and we will do our best. 

2. I have a quality issue, what should I do?

Please email us at rogueatnight@gmail.com with a picture of the product. We will fix this issue asap!
